Ordering

You can place an order through our website by browsing our seafood selection and adding items to your cart. You can also place an order via WhatsApp by sending us your list, and our team will assist you.

No, you don't need to create an account. You can order as a guest. However, having an account allows you to track your order history and save your delivery details for faster checkout.

You'll need to provide your name, phone number, delivery address, and area. We'll also ask for your order details and cleaning preferences. Our team will call to verify your order before delivery.

Delivery

We deliver on Tuesdays and Fridays for Fresh Market Orders. Express Delivery orders are processed and delivered same or next day from available stock.

For Fresh Market Orders:
β€’ Tuesday delivery: Order by Sunday 11:59 PM
β€’ Friday delivery: Order by Wednesday 11:59 PM

For Express Delivery: Orders can be placed anytime and are processed within 24 hours.

We currently deliver to Summer Greens, Milnerton, Century City, Table View, Brooklyn, Maitland, and Kraaifontein. Delivery fees vary by area. Free delivery on orders over R1000.

Delivery fees are calculated based on your delivery area. The fee is displayed at checkout. Orders over R1000 qualify for free delivery.

Payment

We accept:

You pay after delivery. You have the right to inspect your entire order before making payment. Only pay when you are 100% satisfied with the quality and freshness of your items.

If you're not satisfied with any item, you can reject it at delivery and you won't pay for it. Our driver will take the rejected items back. You only pay for items you accept.

Freshness & Quality

Our seafood is sourced fresh from trusted suppliers. For Fresh Market Orders, we purchase specifically for your order β€” not from storage. This ensures maximum freshness every time.

We focus on fresh seafood. Some items may have been frozen for transport, but we clearly indicate this in the product description. Our Fresh Market Order option ensures the freshest possible catch.

We pack your order carefully with ice packs to maintain temperature during transit. Fresh Market Orders are packed directly after sourcing to preserve freshness.

We guarantee the freshness of all our products. If any item is not fresh at the time of delivery, you may reject it at no cost. We stand behind the quality of everything we sell.

Inspection & Returns

Yes! This is one of our core promises. You have the right to inspect every item in your order before making payment. Our driver will wait while you check the quality and freshness.

Check for:
β€’ Freshness - Fish should be firm with a clean smell
β€’ Quality - No signs of spoilage or damage
β€’ Correctness - Items match what you ordered
β€’ Quantity - Count matches your order

If you reject any items, you do not pay for them. The driver will take rejected items back with them. You only pay for the items you accept and are satisfied with.

Once you have inspected, accepted, and paid for your order, the transaction is complete. We recommend inspecting thoroughly before accepting. If there's a hidden defect, contact us within 2 hours of delivery.

Complaints & Support

All complaints must be submitted through our Complaint & Support Centre on our website. This is the only channel for complaint resolution. We do not accept complaints via WhatsApp or phone calls.

Our team reviews your complaint within 24 hours. We investigate the details and evidence you provided, then contact you via phone or email with a fair resolution. You'll receive a tracking code to monitor the status.

Most complaints are resolved within 1-3 business days. Complex cases may take longer. We prioritize quality issues and delivery problems to ensure a swift resolution.

Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos or videos if available. The more information you provide, the faster we can resolve your complaint.
