Why We Started

Bringing the Market to Your Door

We believe no family should have to choose between healthy food and what they can afford.

Buying groceries shouldn't mean spending hours travelling between stores, searching across different suppliers, or paying more than necessary. We believed there had to be a better way.

That's why we created Table Bay Foods. We bring together a wide range of grocery products and work with trusted suppliers to make everyday shopping more affordable, available and accessible. Fresh Market orders are paid before sourcing, while Express orders are delivered before you pay so you can inspect them at the door.

Today, we bring the market directly to our customers' doors, saving time while delivering freshness you can trust. Because good food shouldn't be complicated.
